FPIC Culture Month Highlights: Zhuhai Two-Day Team Building Trip
November is Culture Month at Forman Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (FPIC). To enrich employees’ cultural life, strengthen communication and collaboration across teams, and enhance overall company cohesion, FPIC successfully organized a two-day team-building trip to Zhuhai from November 28 to November 29.
This well-planned activity reflected FPIC’s strong emphasis on employee care, family-friendly culture, and teamwork, creating unforgettable memories for everyone involved.
Thoughtful Preparation & Smooth Departure
On the morning of the trip, FPIC’s Administration Department thoughtfully prepared breakfast for all participants, ensuring everyone started the journey with energy and good spirits.
At 8:00 a.m., employees gathered at the company on time. By 8:30 a.m., three chartered buses departed punctually, carrying nearly 140 participants toward Zhuhai. Many employees also brought their family members, adding warmth, laughter, and a joyful atmosphere to the journey.
From the very beginning, the buses were filled with conversation, excitement, and anticipation—setting the tone for a fun and engaging team-building experience.
Journey Highlights Filled with Fun and Discovery
Crossing the Shenzhen–Zhongshan Link
The first major highlight was crossing the Shenzhen–Zhongshan Link, currently one of the world’s most complex cross-sea infrastructure projects. Employees were deeply impressed by the scale and engineering excellence of this landmark project, which resonated strongly with FPIC’s own values of precision manufacturing, technological innovation, and engineering excellence.
Scenic Drive Through Zhuhai’s Landmarks
The team enjoyed a scenic drive through Zhuhai’s iconic coastal attractions, including:

Along the way, colleagues and family members took photos, shared stories, and enjoyed the relaxed coastal atmosphere together.

Fun & Excitement at Chimelong Ocean Kingdom
One of the most anticipated moments of the trip was visiting Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom / Spaceship Park. Employees and their families explored thrilling attractions, enjoyed marine-themed entertainment, and shared laughter throughout the park.
The experience concluded with the spectacular Ocean Fantasy Fireworks Show, lighting up the night sky and bringing the trip to a joyful and memorable close.
A Lively, Family-Friendly, and Meaningful Experience
Throughout the two-day trip, the atmosphere was lively, relaxed, and full of positive energy. The participation of employees’ family members made the event even more special, strengthening emotional bonds not only among colleagues but also between FPIC and employees’ families.
