FPIC, established in 2003, is a leading provider of high-quality connectors, components, and wire harness assemblies, catering to diverse applications including energy storage, industrial automation, automotive, and medical sectors. We are expanding our global footprint and seeking motivated and dynamic Overseas Sales Representatives to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Identify and develop new business opportunities in the designated regions (Europe, Americas, Australia).
– Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
– Represent FPIC in a professional manner and promote our range of products and services.
– Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
– Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
– Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
– Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in the connectors, components, or wire harness industry.
– Strong understanding of the target markets (Europe, Americas, Australia).
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
– Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
– Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
– Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the target markets are a plus.
