FPIC Quality Month Event: Strengthen Commitment to Quality
Hello everyone! We are pleased to announce the successful completion of FPIC’s Quality Month event held in September. A heartfelt thank you to all employees who actively participated in this initiative. The final results of the quality competition are now available (see attached), and the awards will be presented by the Human Resources Department.
Additionally, we would like to encourage all departments to promote the Quality Improvement Proposal Award, aimed at encouraging innovative ideas that can help the company reduce costs and improve efficiency. Through this initiative, we’ve also identified several areas where further improvements are needed across departments, providing valuable insights for our continuous improvement journey.
The theme of Quality Month was clear: “Survival through Quality, Development through Quality, Efficiency through Quality.” This initiative was designed to enhance company-wide awareness of the importance of quality and to promote proactive quality control from the source. Our goal is to establish a long-term, effective quality improvement mechanism that drives excellence throughout our operations.
To kick off the event, FPIC held a company-wide mobilization meeting, where all employees proudly chanted the theme of the month. The slogan, “Survival through Quality, Development through Quality, Efficiency through Quality,” echoed through the halls, reflecting the excellent spirit and strong corporate culture of our team.
Quality Month Activities:
- Each department adhered strictly to documents, processes, and work instructions.
- A Quality Measurement Skills Contestwas held to test and showcase employee expertise.
- Employees participated in Self-Inspection/Mutual Inspection, ensuring that every process was supervised and carried out according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
The competition saw enthusiastic participation from employees across departments, who demonstrated their skills and in-depth knowledge of their roles. Following the principles of ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality management systems, each department devised evaluation plans. These covered various aspects of operations, including R&D, product development documentation, client approvals, quality inspections, procurement, production planning, supplier management, and production records. Employees were evaluated based on both theoretical and practical performance, equipment maintenance, non-conformance identification and handling, and overall adherence to quality standards.
After comprehensive evaluations, outstanding employees were awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes for their excellent contributions. Each awardee was recognized as a valuable asset to the company, and we celebrated their dedication with certificates, prizes, and hearty congratulations. We look forward to seeing them continue to grow their skills and commitment to quality in the future, contributing even more to the company’s success.
This Quality Month campaign has not only showcased the talents of our employees but has also reinforced the importance of quality at every level of our organization. FPIC’s unwavering commitment to quality control ensures that we continue to offer premium products to our clients. Moving forward, all employees will take this event as an opportunity to further enhance their commitment to providing excellent products and services. Together, we will make FPIC even more competitive in the market, delivering superior quality to our valued customers.
