2024 FPIC Team Building Event: Empowering Every Encounter
On November 30, 2024, FPIC held its annual Cultural Team Building Event at the serene and picturesque Dapingzhang Forest Park (Shanshuiqing Eco-Garden, No. 61 Qinglong Road). With autumn sunshine gently warming the day and Shenzhen enjoying its most pleasant season, the event aimed to strengthen team cohesion, encourage collaboration, and provide employees with a rejuvenating escape into nature.
The Day’s Agenda: Empowering Every Encounter
- Morning: Team building activities in the park.
- Lunch: Outdoor cooking in a charming farm-style setting.
- Afternoon: Fun recreational activities including KTV, cycling, and billiards.
The day began at 8:30 AM, with the team gathering in high spirits, ready for a day of connection and collaboration.
Morning Team Building Activities
The event opened with a series of team-building exercises designed to foster trust, communication, and teamwork among employees:
1. Drum Ball Coordination:
In this challenge, team members had to synchronize their movements to keep a ball bouncing on a drum. It encouraged quick problem-solving, collaboration, and the ability to adapt to setbacks, building trust and understanding within the group.
